Go for an old school punker, if for no other reason than that they like better music..The Ramones, Television, Bowie, Iggy Pop, NY Dolls, MC5, Velvet Underground, Roxy Music, Cars, Johnny Thunder, Cure, Siouxsie and The Banshees,etc...

Ah you can't stereotype all EMO girls! While most of them are entirely too emotional and whiny, there are some cool ones...and most definitely hot ones. That girl's pic you put up there, that's a little too extreme to be EMO. That's more punk/hardcore. Trust me when I say there are some fucking hot EMO girls.
And don't hate on Linkin Park. They rock...and they're NOT EMO. EMO is like Dashboard Confessionals, The Used, My Chemical Romance, etc...don't throw LP into that same group.
